Effort to Repeal HB 600 Defeated!

Senate State and Local Government Committee defeated Senator Jim Kyle’s bill to repeal last year’s House Bill 600 that prohibited local governments from imposing on private sector businesses non-discrimination policies that go beyond the protected classes covered under state and federal law.
