FACT President David Fowler spoke to a group in Dover, Tennessee, last night about current state of religious liberty in Tennessee’s public schools. Recent controversy in Stewart County over student-led prayer prompted a group of local leaders to ask David to come and speak about the legal issues surrounding this often controversial issue.
